Parents:Her father ----- is the Elder of Telekinesis, who her mother was a mystery, as she had died while giving birth to Starley, making her unknown.
Siblings: She is an only child to her knowledge.
Family:The only other person who she considers as much family as her father is her caretaker and personal teacher, Kaily Vience (Kay-ly Vee-ence,ay) had taken care of her since her mother had passed away, saying only she was an old friend.
Appearance: Starley is noticed to be a beautiful little girl, and it's easy to see she will grow up to be a beautiful woman as well. With ash blonde hair that falls mid-back in waves, she has a pair of light brown, almond shaped eyes framed by long lashes. Her skin is noticeably pale with cheeks tinted peach, and straight white teeth. She's quite petite for her age standing at only 4'11", but her speed and agility easily makes up for for her size, making her quite stealthy when she wants to be. She most often keeps all but a few tendrils of hair pinned back and away from her face, generally sporting a loose braid or a messy ponytail. The times she does leave her hair undone, it always seems to have a mind of its own, loving to blow in the wind or hang in front of her eyes. Starley does have a thin face, having already lost her baby fat and was maturing to be ready for "teenage" her, which wasn't very far away, only a season. Her arms and legs are very willowy, her shape also making her look more mature then she truly was. But her face still had a childish look, that and her smaller size aging her downwards. Usually wearing flexible and ready clothes, she always kept her heart locket from her mother and open fingered gloves she wore.
Personality: Though Starley often has a very floaty, carefree look about her, she can get very high strung, most often about her powers and due to her young age, the difficulty in controlling them. She's always scared she'll lose control of them, which is why she works so hard to hone them, having started early learning to control them. With certain people, she can have trust issues, and won't usually actively go up to someone for the sake of meeting them. She is very bright for her age, and can understand things some others cannot. She easily dazzles other with her powers at her age, if of course she can get them to work properly. But when she does, it shows how powerful she could be, and how much untapped potential she has. How the rest of her life plays out will affect how she develops and what happens. As she ages, she will be more open about approaching and speaking with people, but will also get a sharper tongue, speaking her mind that she used to keep silent. She'll have no hesitation to say the first sassy or sarcastic remark that come to mind, but as she ages into her later teen years, she will reign in her sharp wit, though she'll still possess it. She'll learn when to speak up, and when to keep silent. At her age, while she's not the time to mindlessly follow a flock of sheep, as most psychomancers aren't, but she is impressionable, what she hears, seens and learns now affecting her for the rest of her life. Though she can get discouraged, her eyes will light up whenever she does something correctly, especially if it's something difficult.
History: Her life is somewhat short, yet she still has a lot to share. She was born on earth with her father being a powerful master of Telekinesis, her mother remaining unknown. She was born in the late 20th century, staying for only about 6 years before they had decided to leave for the Rift. In that short time, she had met a child mancer spectre, whom she became as good of friends she could with her. She promised that she would train to become a goddess, and give Anistina, her friend a real body so she could live again. When the finally moved into Benzaitae, Starley had to say goodbye to Anistina, and was immediately thrown into schooling. Being the daughter of two great mancers, she is destined to be a brilliant and powerful Mancer, already displaying that. But she has a much harder time with controlling her powers, often unable to. As she grew up, it became easier to control her powers, but not quite as easy to get them to do what she wanted.
With her "adoptive mother" Kaily, and personal trainer Brice, she began honing her powers to be able to control them, which was and is still a daily struggle. She often visits earth, against her guardians' will, loving going back to her original home and exploring. More than usually, she returns to her former home, or sits by the ocean to meditate by herself. She is always wary of bumping into other Races, but so far she has met no one of another race except her Spectre friend.
